Security Guard Careers
Security Guard Careers Available Throughout Southern California
At Security Guard Pros, we pride ourselves on our ability to keep construction sites in the Greater Los Angeles area safe and secure. Applying more than 60 years of collective experience, our management team will create a cost-effective, fully customized security plan based upon your priorities, specific concerns, and allowable budget. Our security guard services range from intermittent vehicle patrols to around-the-clock, on-site standing guard surveillance for the duration of the project. By having a highly visible, professional security guard presence at your worksite, you’ll discourage and reduce theft, loitering, vandalism, and unauthorized access, as well as improve the safety of your personnel.
In order to join our company with a Security Guard Careers, we require all candidates to complete a strict hiring process that involves a preliminary application; a series of interviews; verification of previous employment; personal reference checks; drug testing; and a full background check, including criminal and civil court history, workers compensation report, and motor vehicle report. If you meet our evaluation criteria, you’ll then work to obtain a Security Guard Card from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). This means that you must complete and pass a rigorous training process that includes learning about a number of subjects: Power to Arrest, Terrorism and WMD Awareness, Communication, Public Relations, Patrol, General Duties, Emergency Situations, Observe & Report, Post Orders, Fire Watch, Field Training, and more. Upon completion of the initial training period, personnel are then required to clear random drug tests conducted throughout the year and meet the expectations of our Security Management Team.
