After a guard is hired, we expect them to participate in ongoing training and continue to demonstrate a high level of competency and professionalism. To hold them to our high expectations, our management team supervises our guards in real time (both remotely and through unscheduled on-site visits) and via feedback surveys that we send to our clients regularly.
